The service

Explica Tu Contrato uses artificial intelligence to generate an informational analysis of a rental or arras contract governed by Spanish law that you provide. A free summary is offered first and, after payment, the full analysis.

Not legal advice

The analysis provides general informational guidance and does not constitute legal advice or create a lawyer-client relationship. Explica Tu Contrato is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation services. For your specific case, consult a professional. The provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the analysis.

Capacity and age of majority

To make a purchase you must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to do so. By completing the purchase, you declare that you meet these requirements.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the necessary rights or permissions over the document you upload, to use the service lawfully, and not to introduce harmful code or carry out mass data extraction.

Technical requirements

Using the service requires a device with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. The contract can be provided as a PDF file or as pasted text.

Price and payment

The price of the full analysis is €3.99 (VAT included) and is shown before you complete the purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe; the provider does not store your card details.

Purchase process and delivery

After payment, the full analysis is unlocked immediately on the same page. It is not sent by email and no user account is created. The report remains available temporarily (see the Privacy Policy).

Purchase confirmation

You receive from Stripe a payment receipt on a durable medium (email or downloadable receipt), which serves as confirmation of the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

As a rule, a consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, under article 103(m) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), this right does not apply to the supply of digital content executed immediately when the user has expressly consented to its execution and acknowledged that, as a result, they lose the right of withdrawal.

For that reason, before you complete payment we ask for your express consent via a checkbox, without which the analysis is not unlocked. By ticking it, you accept immediate execution and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once the analysis is unlocked.

Digital content conformity guarantee

Under consumer rules on digital content and services (TRLGDCU), the provider is responsible for the analysis conforming to what is described on this site. Given its informational nature, conformity refers to the provision of the service, not to a specific legal outcome.

Refunds

If, due to a technical failure, a paid analysis is not delivered, the full amount will be refunded. To request it, write to soporte@explicatucontrato.com describing the issue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the analysis. The provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the absolute accuracy of the analysis, which is informational.

Service availability and force majeure

The provider aims for continuous availability of the service but does not guarantee it. It is not liable for interruptions, errors, or unavailability due to maintenance, third-party providers, or force majeure beyond its control.

Intellectual property

You may use the analysis you receive for your personal purposes. The site's content, brand, and software belong to the provider.

Changes to the terms

The provider may amend these Terms and the price of the service. The terms and price in force at the moment you complete your purchase shall apply.

Data protection

The processing of the user's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Complaints and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and by consumer-protection rules. You may address any complaint to soporte@explicatucontrato.com.

You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Partial invalidity and entire agreement

If any clause of these Terms is declared void, the rest shall remain valid. These Terms, together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the provider regarding the service.
