Which IRAV applies to your contract?
The LAU (art. 18.1) takes as its reference "the latest index published on the contract's update date". The law writes that rule for the CPI and the IGC, and Law 12/2023 made the IRAV the limit for the purposes of that same article.
The reading used by the major guides is that the latest IRAV published on your contract's anniversary applies. No statute repeats this word for word for the IRAV, so it is an interpretation, not a quotation of the law.
